Our lodge is dedicated to improving the lives of our members and the communities we serve, focusing on enhancing the quality of life in the areas we protect. We believe local law enforcement thrives with community support and strive to collaborate effectively within Horry, Georgetown, and Marion counties. Our membership includes both retired and active law enforcement officers from these regions.
When you contribute, you receive an Official SCFOP12 Supporter Decal and a receipt for your records. Display your decal proudly on your car, home, or business to show your support for the Coastal Carolina Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #12.
Your support funds various programs and our general fund for other lodge activities, including Cops and Kids, Supplies for Success, Waccamaw Youth Center, and our Annual Memorial Service for fallen officers.
COPS AND KIDS PROGRAM
Our annual Holiday Fundraising Program, running from September to December, supports foster and underprivileged children through the Cops and Kids Program, addressing the needs of those affected by financial hardships.
OFFICER IN DISTRESS FUNDS
The SCFOP12 Officer in Distress Fund provides crucial financial support to officers displaced by natural disasters or facing urgent needs, assisting those who experience extraordinary tragedies both in and out of the line of duty.
SPECIAL OLYMPICS TORCH RUN
Our Lodge actively supports the Special Olympics by participating in events like the South Carolina Law Enforcement Torch Run®, which brings together officers from agencies and corrections departments statewide.
SUPPLIES FOR SUCCESS
Running from June through August every year, our program collects monetary donations to provide essential supplies for local elementary students in need, addressing varying requirements by age and grade level.
